Reservation

1. How can I make a reservation for Mei Hotel?

  • Walk-in to our hotel prior to your stay
  • SEND US A PIGEON!!!

2. How much are your room rates?
Our room rates are not fixed. It fluctuates based on daily demand & availability. Drop us a message on Facebook Messenger for the best rates or call us directly at +604 217 0555.

3. Is breakfast included in your rates?
We have rates with and without breakfast.


Payment & Cancellation

1. How do I make payment?
Payment will only be collected directly at our front desk upon check in.

2. Do I have to pay a deposit before check in?
No, you do not have to. Deposit of Rm50 will only be collected during check in.

3. If I cancel my reservation will I be charged?
No, we will not charge you for cancellations. However, do let us know ahead of time if you would like to cancel.


General

1. Where is Mei Hotel?
We are located in the heart of Georgetown, 5 minutes from Komtar and 15 minutes from the Unesco Heritage Site.

2. Are there parking spaces in the hotel? Do I have to pay for parking in the hotel?
Yes, we have parking spaces which are accessible through our state-of-the-art car lifts. Car parking is complimentary for all our guests but it is based on a first come first serve basis.

3. Does the hotel provide complimentary airport transfer?
No, we do not have complimentary airport transfer at the moment. However, we are able to arrange airport transfer for you through our transport provider at a certain price. Alternatively you may always GRAB to us.
